South Gloucestershire taxi drivers: This could drive us out of a job

Taxi drivers in South Gloucestershire claim some of them could be jobless unless they can continue to pay for their licences in cash. Remarkably, a number of them do not have bank accounts so pay in cash for the 80 licences that allow them to operate as a taxi driver, as well as the 260 to licence their vehicle if they run their own business.
