The Milwaukee Police Department would not confirm reports from students of arrests during a rally Thursday afternoon at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. A student has posted on YouTube video of a student, claiming to be a member of the press, who was being handcuffed and put into a Milwaukee Police Department van.
